Cast is delighted to announce the opening of a new office in Dublin, led by Bryn Griffiths.
Bryn worked at Cast from its inception in 2016 and previously alongside the firm’s Directors at EC Harris before relocating to Dublin in 2017. Over the past nine years, he has built a strong reputation in the Irish market, delivering successful projects, developing high-performing teams, and demonstrating industry leadership through his work with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
While the Irish market faces many of the same global macroeconomic challenges as other regions, it also presents significant opportunities driven by continued support for development and innovation. Our experience in Ireland to date has been extremely positive, and Cast looks forward to expanding its presence in the market and helping clients achieve exceptional outcomes.

Building on our early success in Scotland following the opening of our Edinburgh office last year, we are also pleased to welcome Laura Banks as Director responsible for Cost Management in Scotland.
Laura brings extensive experience in the Scottish market and will work closely with Chris Kerr, who leads the Edinburgh office and Project Management team in Scotland. Her expertise across the residential, hotel, commercial and industrial sectors complements Cast’s established sector-focused approach, and we look forward to the valuable contribution she will make to our leadership team.
