Learn is our commitment to curiosity, growth and improvement, ensuring we deliver the best outcomes for clients and colleagues alike. It includes an expectation that the business will invest in and enable learning but that our people own their own personal development and career progression. It also requires that we all stay curious, developing expert human judgement and critical thinking and develop strong digital literacy. Learning means we also test and improve ways of working and turn feedback into action
