The new regulatory environment places increased emphasis on the quality, consistency, and completeness of information submitted for approval. In response, Cast has collaborated with truelens® in the development, testing, and adoption of an advanced AI solution. truelens® introduces earlier, objective checks of documentation against Building Regulations and the expectations of the BSR, supporting teams de-risk submissions before they are formally issued.
truelens® is already being applied to real Cast project information, helping to identify gaps, improve compliance, and increase confidence in submission readiness. The platform supports clients, designers, contractors and duty holders by providing structured, repeatable insight, while responsibility and judgement remain with project teams.
This collaboration reflects Cast’s commitment to responsible AI adoption, using proven, practical tools responsibly, not as a replacement for expertise, but as a way to strengthen assurance, reduce avoidable risk, and help the wider industry respond proactively to regulatory change.
