Palmerston Court is a flag ship PassivHaus and BREEAM Outstanding PBSA led, mixed use project design by AHMM. The project, which is in Battersea will provide 832 beds, 41,000ft2 of Cat-A Office and 36,000ft2 of Enterprise space. The project is situated on a constrained site which is flanked by Network Rail assets, includes the construction of a new 2-storey basement, and comprises on four blocks constructed on a podium with a unitised terracotta tiled façade. Cast have provided Urbanest with commercial advice on the project from early feasibility, through planning submission, design development, procurement, and tendering.

Following submission to planning Cast provided Project Management and Employer’s Agent services on the project to ensure an organised design phase ahead of engagement with contractors. Following successful appointment of the main contractor, works commenced on site in September 2021 and Cast are delivering the commercial management and Employer’s Agent duties.
