Lewisham Exchange is a modern development contributing to the regeneration and revival of Lewisham town centre. Consisting of student rooms and affordable homes, this development is a reflection of Lewisham’s diverse community. The project provides 758 student accommodation beds in two towers of 36 and 20 storeys with ground floor amenity and commercial uses.
The development includes a range of MMC solutions with a Pre-Manufactured Value of 63% driving a 20-month programme which is 40-50% faster than traditional building. The building comprises 1,215 modules with the first module installed in September 2020 and the final module in February 2021.
