Cast Founder, Mark Farmer, chair of the Built Environment Futures Assembly (BEFA) has led the launch of a new report looking at AI adoption in built environment professional services. The report presents a mixed picture of an industry in transition, with large scale individual level AI use but a void of corporate policies and structured safeguards to ensure responsible and assured use of AI.
This debate and its successful resolution is at the heart of Cast’s strategy to be able to combine human expertise with technology to help create a better built environment.
