A report released by the National Housing Federation highlighted that the UK needs 340,000 new homes every year, including 145,000 social homes to tackle the housing crisis. It is our belief that this demand can be managed using Modern Methods of Construction to deliver better quality homes on a shorter timescale that are also more sustainable.
