Cast led a team including Arcadis, Harlow Consulting and Hatch Regeneris to lead a comprehensive assessment of how the Combined Authority could maximise the opportunity to use AMC as a means of delivering more homes, driving local skills and employment, decarbonising building stock and leveraging the West Midlands’ unique industrial heritage to apply advanced manufacturing in homebuilding. This work has now become the policy framework for the next mayoral term and Cast continues to provide leadership of this initiative through our CEO, Mark Farmer chairing the AMC Taskforce.
