The Camp Hill Gardens site is on the edge of Birmingham City Centre, previously occupied by a manufacturing business. The proposed development includes 5 buildings from 8 to 26 storeys along with 6 townhouses.
The apartment buildings at to be be constructed using an Insitu concrete transfer deck and slipform cores, with the Cat 1 Modules installed around the cores forming the apartments. A combination of brick and metal clad façade is applied to the external face of the modules.
We are currently in PCSA Stage with a chosen Contractor who will be designing and manufacturing the Cat 1 Volumetric Modules in parallel with delivering the onsite works.
Goodstone have set ambitious ESG Targets for the developments, including exceeding the requirements of Part L 2021, energy monitoring with personalised feedback to residents, commitments to local jobs and living wage.
