Great Suffolk Yards involved the creation of Grade A office space from a mix of new build and sensitively restored warehouse space to provide 67,000 sq ft of exposed services style Cat A space. A key aspect was to work with the character of the area whilst balancing with the needs of modern occupiers. Four roof terraces and multiple balconies were created in addition to the communal courtyard and 100 bike spaces with associated shower facilities. Cast act as Project Manager, EA and Cost Manager.
