Assistant Cost Consultant (Apprentice) 

London | September 2026 Start  

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our London-based team in a full-time, hybrid role. You’ll support the delivery of cost consultancy services on exciting, large-scale residential developments across the UK. 

In this role, you will work closely with project teams, learning and supporting cost management activities both pre- and post-contract, including: 

  • Cost planning 
  • Site visits 
  • Procurement and tendering 
  • Valuations 
  • Variations 
  • Cost reporting 

In collaboration with London South Bank University, you will enrol on a part-time Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship, gaining a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying. 

Upon successful completion of the degree and structured workplace learning, this qualification supports progression towards registration as a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), subject to successful completion of the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

  • A genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant within the construction and real estate industry 
  • An adaptable individual who is comfortable working both collaboratively within a team and independently when required 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • High attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and the importance of quality assurance 
  • High standards of literacy and numeracy 
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills 
  • Drive, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and explore new ways of working 
  • An aspiration to achieve Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) 
  • A minimum of 128 UCAS tariff points (or equivalent), and five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English 
  • The right to work in the UK (please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for our early careers roles)

Assistant Project Manager (Apprentice) 

London | September 2026 Start  

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our London-based team in a full-time, hybrid role. You’ll support the delivery of project management services on exciting, large-scale residential developments across the UK. 

 

 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with project teams, undertaking and learning the following: 

  • Site acquisition / due diligence 
  • Brief and objective setting  
  • Project controls and governance  
  • Fees and appointment management 
  • Town planning and masterplanning  
  • Risk and value management 
  • Procurement 
  • Programme and construction logistics  
  • Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration  
  • Quality management including mock-ups / prototypes  
  • Project completion and handover 

 

 

In collaboration with University of the Built Environment (UBE), you will enrol on a RICS-accredited BSc (Hons) Construction Management degree apprenticeship. You will study using UBE’s state-of-the-art online learning environment and digital library, supported by guidance from highly experienced tutors.
