ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Director of Cost Management to join our London-based team. This full-time, hybrid position entails overseeing projects and leading teams to provide cost management services for residential developments across the UK. In this role, you will work closely with clients and project teams, offering expert guidance and support throughout the project, from the acquisition phase to practical completion.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 8 year’s experience of working in the UK construction industry
- An adaptable individual who can lead teams and manage multiple projects
- Skilled in developing Client and other project relationships.
- MRICS or another qualification in a relevant business discipline.
- Experience in developing and nurturing talent
- Demonstrable passion for and understanding of the Real Estate and Construction Industry.
YOU’RE PLACE WITHIN THE BUSINESS:
Your role will report directly to the Directors and Founding Directors.
